Tear-Off & Deck Inspection: We remove the existing roofing materials down to the structural wood decking. We then inspect and replace any compromised or rotten decking as needed. 2. Advanced Protection Layer: We install Ice & Water Shield in all critical leak-prone areas (valleys, around penetrations) and cover the remaining roof with synthetic underlayment for a robust secondary moisture barrier. 3.
